Lead the right elbow to the finish line to shallow

Craig Hanson says a lot of golfers come down steep because their hands reach a 'finish line' across from the right hip before the right elbow does, which tips the shaft over and can cause fat shots, pulls, shanks, slices, and pull hooks. He says getting the right elbow to lead in and reach that finish line before the hands is a flattening characteristic that helps shallow out the shaft.
