Three-six-nine foot make-count ladder putting drill

A ladder putting drill using three tees set at three, six, and nine feet. Start at the three footer and make ten out of ten; on making ten of ten, move to the six footer and try to make eight out of ten, restarting the six footer until you make eight of ten; after that move to the nine footer.

Try it

  1. Start with the three footer and make ten out of ten putts
  2. When you make ten out of ten putts you move on to the six footer
  3. From the six footer try to make eight out of ten putts, and if you can't, restart that six footer until you make eight out of ten
  4. After that go to the nine footer
