Flatten the lead wrist to the top of the backswing
Craig describes lead-wrist alignment through the backswing: when you take your grip the left (lead) wrist has a slight cup, which he calls extension (about minus 20 degrees). As the club moves back the wrist flattens, so the left wrist is flat as you get near the top; a bowed wrist he calls flexion.
