Rotate the lead forearm to find your address arm position
To set the lead arm at address, grab the upper part of the lead arm with the trail hand, make a fist, hold the arm still, and rotate the forearm as far as it will go. That end position is where the lead arm is placed. The instructor says this gives the lead arm its full range of rotation, the same position it reaches at impact.
