Fix the pivot to fix the downswing
The speaker teaches that improving the pivot improves the downswing: if you keep the left shoulder down, the right shoulder comes down and underneath, whereas a left shoulder that stays high on the backswing (up around 20-25 degrees) is a poor pivot. He says many students pivot poorly, and once you fix the pivot the downswing fixes itself.
