Grip down when the ball is above your feet

When the ball sits above your feet on a fairway-wood shot, choke down on the grip a little. Danny Maude recounts catching a demo shot heavy after forgetting the ground was above his feet, and notes he should have gone down the grip to account for that lie and avoid the fat strike.
