Keep your chest down by rotating the hips
To keep your chest down through the golf ball instead of standing up, rotate the hips: let the left hip go backwards while the right foot stays down and doesn't come up. Moving forward toward the target or the ball is what gives a player the chance to stand up (early extension). Push the right hip back, open the left hip, and keep the foot on the ground so the hips stay underneath you through impact.
