Ami-Fi impact-bag drill for the trail-hand set
The instructor demonstrates her Ami-Fi drill, which uses an impact bag to get the trail hand going. You take a split grip with the left hand and the right hand on the shaft, get into the 8 o'clock position, keep rotating so the tailbone faces the target, then press down with the left hand and toss the club into the trail hand; then re-grip the left hand and hit the impact bag. She notes this adds an impact bag to the three-quarter swing drill they have done before.
