Turn the left side to lift the handle on pitches

Craig Hanson points to Tyrell Hatton as a great pitcher who strikes the ball well with the leading edge, and explains the move behind it: the club is brought in behind the hands, and as the body keeps turning the handle lifts back up so the leading edge doesn't plow into the ground. He warns that too much shaft lean - he references around 18 degrees - with the angle of attack coming down too steeply will produce a big divot or a thin strike, and says it is the turning of the left side that lifts the handle.
