Credit card in glove drill for wrist at top
To check whether the lead wrist is cupping at the top, the instructor slots a credit card inside the glove against the wrist and closes the glove. At setup you feel only slight pressure from the natural hinge; when you bend and cup the wrist, the card pushes hard into the wrist, giving instant feedback that you have cupped it. He calls the card pressure the feedback.

- Take your credit card. Open your glove.
- Just simply slot it just inside the glove here like this and close the glove off.
- When they're bending and cupping this wrist, I can immediately feel the pressure of that card pushing into my wrist. This is the feedback.
