Chair or stick sway drill: rotate, don't just avoid it

For a golfer who sways off the ball, the speaker suggests using a chair or an alignment stick against the trail hip as feedback. Rather than just trying not to touch it or keep the hip pinned there, the aim is to add a new motion and create a fluid rotation so you turn the hips and come off that line. He warns that simply trying not to hit it can stop you turning your hips back at all.

Why this context matters

The feedback tool is only useful if the goal is rotation, not merely avoiding contact.
