Set a non-rotational trail hand at address

Moe Norman's single plane swing sets the trail hand rotated 45 degrees at address to align the club shaft into the single plane, a non-rotational position. Because the trail hand is already placed this way, the trail arm rotation is eliminated through the backswing, downswing, and through-swing, which reduces the twisting the body must sequence into impact and improves impact consistency.
