Alignment stick drill to swing the club around
A ground-stick drill to train an inward, around-the-body takeaway: lay sticks or clubs for the target line and for the path of the club going back, then trace the club along that line so it goes inward off the target line instead of straight back and up. Checkpoint is staying connected between your upper arm and your side, 'glued in like Ben Hogan.'

- Trace the club along that line going back, inward off of the target line, no longer straight back and up
- Check that you're connected between your upper arm and your side, glued in like Ben Hogan
