Load most of your torso turn into position one
The instructor breaks down the rotation in Moe's swing: at position one - the first turn from address - there is about 50 degrees of torso rotation and 20 to 22 degrees of pelvis rotation, and at the top ideally 80 to 85 degrees of torso rotation and about 40 degrees of pelvis rotation. He notes that the majority of the torso's rotation and half of the pelvis's rotation happen in that first simple move to position one.
