Build grip strength from palms together

Start with the palms together and elbows locked straight out. The coach describes a neutral grip as turning the lead hand about 10 degrees and the trail hand about 15 degrees, while a stronger trail-hand position is about 20 to 25 degrees. He presents these angles as a simple way to understand weak, neutral, and strong grip relationships before addressing the club.
