Cover the lead thumb so no glove air holes show
A common fault is getting the trail hand too far under the club, leaving the lead thumb too exposed. The coach's check: with a glove on the lead hand, the trail hand should wrap over far enough that you can't see the glove's thumb air holes. Set it so the trail-hand V points between your trail ear and trail shoulder, covered just enough.
