Hit down-grain chips about 25% softer

Chipping down grain is forgiving — the club works through the turf easily even if you catch it slightly heavy. The main adjustment is that the ball comes off quicker and the first bounce is lively because the green's grass runs with you, so it releases and runs out more. Hit down-grain chips roughly 25% softer than normal to account for the extra release.
