Keep the hanger against the forearm
Set the right hand in the bullseye-down, bullseye-away position and use a hanger about two finger-widths away so it meets the forearm during the backswing. Keep that contact during a practice swing; the speaker presents it as feedback for a stronger right-hand position that can release underneath without rolling over.
