Exaggerate trail-hand pressure to reach 50-50
The instructor says the pressure between the trail hand and lead hand at the top should really be about 50-50. If you are used to using the lead hand 100% to hold the club up, she suggests exaggerating and feeling like you have 100 in the trail hand and 0 in the lead hand; the exaggeration will probably bring the actual pressure to around 70-30, and if you keep at it you will eventually reach 50-50. She notes that even when you try to feel 100-0 it will not actually be 100-0, so exaggerate as much as possible and stop the exaggeration once you reach 50-50.
