Keep a natural grip to return the face to square

The coach explains why a natural grip matters at impact: if your lead hand shows three knuckles at address, your hands tend to return to that same three-knuckle position coming through impact, keeping the club face square. If instead you take a grip that isn't natural — four knuckles when you're a three-knuckle player — you will try to work back to your normal position and end up turning the club face a little without even thinking about it.
