Set posture so you can lift heels but barely wiggle toes
A 'toe tapper' stands too close with weight back, while a 'heel tapper' has the right distance from the ball with weight on the balls of the feet rather than the heels. Tilt forward until the shoulders sit the appropriate distance past the toes; then you should be able to lift the heels and barely wiggle the toes.
