Keep eyes behind the ball to hold shoulder tilt
For more clubhead speed, focus your eyes just behind the ball and keep looking there for the entire swing. Keeping the head back keeps the shoulders in tilt, which lets you escalate hand and arm speed. If you look up toward the target, the shoulders come out of tilt and the release goes more around the body, causing a natural slice.
