Square your shoulders to stop the driver slice

A driver slice or overcut often comes from setting up with your upper body open (shoulders aimed left), which the coach says is very common with the driver. The cause is reaching out to the forward driver ball position with your right hand, which pre-sets the shoulders open so the club cuts across the ball. Getting the shoulders square at address helps you turn the ball over instead of cutting it.
