Why open shoulders at address cut the ball right
The coach explains that when the trail (right) hand reaches lower on the grip the shoulders open, and when the ball position moves forward (as with the driver) you reach even more forward and the shoulders open more. He links open shoulders to not completing the turn and hitting big cuts to the right. He says a hip bump before the shot re-squares the shoulders, which also initiates the turn and sets the swing path down the line.
