Rod along the grip to stop flipping the chip
Place a rod on the edge of the grip, take your grip, and feel the rod resting against the lead hip. For the release-one shot, aim the butt of the grip toward the lead hip in the follow-through; the rod prevents over-release and provides the feeling of the grip staying on the hip.
