Set up the greenside lob: wider, right foot back
For a soft greenside lob, the common faults are an over-open clubface, arms swinging across, and too short a backswing. Fix it by widening the stance, dropping the right foot back, keeping the elbow in and the face only slightly open, and turning more, being bold to hinge and get the club up, then release with the right arm close and keep turning.
