Simplify visualization: just pick a target and look
Rotella says golfers over-complicate visualization by thinking they must stand behind the ball and literally see the shot fly and land. Instead, just pick a target in the distance and look at it; your brain already knows you're playing golf and wants the ball to go there, so the picture happens unconsciously. Keep it simple and do whatever comes naturally.
