Play with swing feels, not mid-swing evaluations
The speaker distinguishes swing sensations or feels from evaluations. Evaluations, he says, are when you get into body parts and swing positions and actually judge them as correct or incorrect in the middle of the swing, reaching the top of the backswing and thinking 'that's right' or 'that's wrong.' He describes that evaluative state as leaving no freedom and no trust to let the swing go.
