Cut driver spin loft: ball forward, hip high, handle ahead
To take excess loft off the club, set the ball opposite your lead heel, feel the lead hip slightly higher than the trail hip, and push the handle a little forward. This de-lofts the club slightly and shifts the swing from chopping down and across to a more level angle into the ball, balancing loft and angle of attack.
