Fix a push by adding lead forearm rotation

Craig Hanson says a lot of club players leave the club face slightly open and push the ball to the right. To balance it out he prescribes a touch more left-hand forearm rotation through the ball, feeling the lead thumb point more toward the target and the toe of the club getting up toward 12 o'clock through the ball. He adds that the driver will tend to rotate a little more and the shorter irons a little less.
