Back off and reset instead of hitting with doubt
The speaker calls the 'anyway shot' -- hitting even though you're uncertain -- one of the greatest mental mistakes in golf. He says you should never hit a shot when you have doubt; instead back off, take five or six seconds to reset, and step back in.
