Take a three-knuckle grip for senior hand speed
As the body slows with age, Craig Hanson has senior golfers strengthen the grip by turning the left hand in until, looking down, they see three knuckles (the third knuckle) rather than a weaker two-knuckle grip. He says this gives more play and movement in the wrist joint, acting as a speed accumulator, and helps produce a slight draw instead of the big fades or slices seniors want to avoid.
