Set chip ball position inside the right heel

For a right-handed golfer who thins chips, the instructor says the ball is often too far forward, which puts the low point behind the ball. He prescribes positioning the ball just inside the right heel (a little further back), putting more weight on the front side, and having the chest bone point a couple of inches in front of the ball so the low point sits ahead of the ball.
