Putt to random distances instead of the ladder drill

The instructor says the common ladder drill, where players putt progressively longer, can be improved. Instead, number corridors one to ten and putt to random distances, like dialing phone numbers, mixing the distances up. He says players learn far more from randomizing the distances than from the ladder drill.
