Point the club shaft at the ground after impact

Flipping (the arms breaking down so the club shaft points down the range) makes the clubhead exit upward, so you never take a divot in front of the ball and you scoop it thin or hit behind it. Instead, after impact keep the arms straight and extended with the club shaft pointing down at the ground. Focusing on pointing the shaft at the ground instead of down range produces much more solid, ball-first contact.
